THE SCHOOL · OUR METHOD

Our teaching method - direct and full of life.

We teach Italian the way adults actually learn a language: by using it from the first hour, in real situations, with native-speaker teachers who know how to coach you gently through the wonderful discomfort of speaking a new language. Our method is communicative and built on immersion from day one - the classroom language is Italian, even for absolute beginners, because that is the fastest, happiest path to fluency.

Our method - "direct" and full of life

We teach Italian the way adults actually learn a language: by using it from the first hour, in real situations, with native-speaker teachers who know how to coach you gently through the wonderful discomfort of speaking a new language. Our method is communicative and built on immersion from day one - the classroom language is Italian, even for absolute beginners, because that is the fastest, happiest path to fluency.

Italian from minute one. The classroom speaks Italian. Even A1.1 students hear and use Italian from the very first lesson - our teachers are trained to make meaning clear without slipping into English. You will be surprised how much you understand. Role play, films, conversation. Role plays, dramatisations, classroom discussions, group work, films watched together and discussed. We build the language by living it - linguistic, sociolinguistic, paralinguistic and cultural skills woven together, never grammar drilled in isolation. Small groups - everyone speaks. Every class is between 4 and 12 students at the same level. Everyone talks every day. If we cannot fill a level with at least 4 students, we either combine cohorts or offer a one-to-one alternative - no one gets lost in the back row. A little test every 4 weeks. Every four weeks you put yourself to the test with a friendly exam, to check that you are ready to step up to the next level. You move when you are ready - never when the calendar says so. This is how a beginner can finish a 12-week course at a documented B1.
