THE SCHOOL · ACCADEMIA DI ITALIANO
A family-run Italian school. Part of a 50-year tradition.
Ciao! Accademia di Italiano was founded in Milan in 2003 by Pinuccia Cipullo and Sergio Serra, with one quiet ambition: to share the Italian language and culture with adults from around the world, with the same care you would give to a friend learning the language at your kitchen table. We are part of the Unicollege group, active in Italian language teaching since 1975 — half a century of work with international students. Today we have four campuses across Italy — Milan, Florence, Mantua and Turin — but we are still, in every meaningful way, a family.
Our mission is to welcome you, to teach you Italian properly, and to help you live like an Italian for as long as you stay with us. We want you to leave Italy not only with a certificate, but with the language really in your hands - to read a newspaper, to argue at the market, to follow a film without subtitles, to dance through an aperitivo with people you have just met.
